Processing Time

• During peak seasons, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or on our website.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Domestic Shipping Within United States:
• Standard Shipping: Delivery time and cost depend upon product weight and shipping destination. Costs are based on total packaged weight.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $40.00, but subject to change at discretion of Kafei Creative Inkworks.
International Shipping: Not offered at this time.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
• Kafei Creative Inkworks is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes).
Address Changes

Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping Restrictions
• We currently do not ship to internationally but plan to extend our services in 2025.
